9.3 Free Shipping Eligibility
Orders over € 50 / 60USD/ 80 AUD qualify for Economy (Standard) shipping within EU/EEA, North America, and APAC.
Free shipping does not apply to Expedited or Eco-Friendly services unless explicitly stated during promotions.
9.4 Surcharges
Remote area delivery: additional € 5.00 / $ 6.00 per order (based on UN LOCODE remote location codes).
Customs clearance handling: € 10.00 for non-EU destinations (waived for Eco-Friendly option).
Fuel surcharge: variable, updated monthly per IATA Jet Fuel Price Index, only for Expedited services.
9.5 Compliance
Shipping costs are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable (EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC, Art. 226a). For US customers, no sales tax is applied to shipping fees in states following South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. economic nexus thresholds.
9.6 Refund of Shipping Costs
In case of a defective product return under Section 6.1, original shipping fees are fully refunded.
If customer cancels an order within 14 days (EU right of withdrawal per Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), standard shipping costs are refunded, but expedited fees are non‑refundable.
